Hello, and thank you for your interest in joining ACC. I'm afraid that after reviewing your Wikipedia history, I must decline your request to join ACC for the time being. Though you meet all the minimum requirements for joining ACC (identified to the Foundation, account older than 6 months, and more than 1,500 edits made), it appears that you only really started editing Wikipedia in earnest in November of last year, about four months ago, and I am concerned that this is not enough time to have a full grasp on Wikipedia's policies as required by ACC.
ACC is a somewhat unique tool on Wikipedia. It's not only a front-line customer support point much like OTRS, but also grants access to a considerable amount of private data, to the point that ACC is considered to be on a similar level to CheckUser access. Users who join ACC must be well-trusted, and must demonstrate strong knowledge of Wikipedia's various policies. Likewise, though on-wiki the principle of "Be Bold" applies, on ACC, mistakes are forever so to speak, often with no clean way to undo them, so it's imperative that all ACC users be very familiar with Wikipedia's policies in general, though specifically those related to accounts (such as the username policy and the sockpuppetry policy) so that mistakes can be avoided entirely. To put it another way, ACC is the type of tool where users are expected to have thorough knowledge of the various applicable policies well in advance, to take their time reviewing the details of a request, and to consult policy or ask others questions or for assistance before coming to a final decision.
To emphasize, though, I am only declining your request for now because of the fact that it seems like you've started editing Wikipedia only fairly recently. In a few months, when you have more experience and familiarity with Wikipedia's various policies, please feel free to send us an email at enwiki-acc-admins@googlegroups.com requesting review of your request to join ACC, and we'll be more than happy to do so. In the meantime, please continue editing as you are, and you may also in the meantime wish to take a look at the ACC Guide [1] if you haven't already, which establishes the various checks and procedures for handling account requests, and of which thorough knowledge is necessary for any ACC team member.
Happy editing, and I wish you all the best! If you have any questions for us, feel free to contact the ACC administrators at enwiki-acc-admins@googlegroups.com.
